Subject: DGfS & GLOW Summer School 2006: Reminder 
 


The Institute of English Linguistics of the University of Stuttgart,
Germany, will be hosting a joint DGfS (Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Sprachwissenschaft) & GLOW (Generative Linguistics in the Old World) summer
school on Micro- and Macrovariation. The summer school will take place
between August 14 and September 2, 2006. 

The programme includes courses in syntax, morphology, semantics,
pragmatics, phonology, prosody, language acquisition, psycholinguistics,
corpus linguistics, word order typology, language variation, language
contact, language change and Austronesian languages.

Pre-registration ends 31 March 2006. Further information on travel and
accommodation as well as details about the schedule can be found on the
