Abstract:

Business Discourse introduces a multidisciplinary approach to business
communication, viewed as discourse, and its development as an international
field of research and practice. It promotes debate and enquiry on several
new and competing issues, emerging from fieldwork in a variety of business
contexts, and combines teaching practice and state-of-the-art research and
innovative practical applications. As well as illustrating new approaches
to research projects aimed at the professional development of communication
in business, it encourages practice-based research that readers can
undertake independently.
