Dear Linguistlist members,

I'm conducting a cross-language priming study with English-Urdu/Arabic
bilinguals. To make an appropriate stimuli selection I need to control for
English and Urdu/Arabic word frequency and the association strength. I have
word frequency dictionary of English (Kucera & Francis, 1967) and
association strength database of English (South Florida word norms
database). However, I don't have these sources for Urdu/Arabic.  The
internet and library search did not provide any results.

If anyone knows where I can access word frequency and association strength
norms for Urdu and/or Arabic, please let me know.
