Meeting Description: 

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto is pleased to 
announce the upcoming International Conference on East Asian Linguistics, 
which will be held from November 10-12, 2006. The conference will focus on all aspects of formal linguistics of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. In 
additional to regular conference sessions, there will be a special session on loanwords.

The preregistration deadline is October 27th. For information and
