We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.

To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at

Hi!

I am a French linguistics graduate student conducting an experiment on the
feminisation of professional titles in French. The experiment needs to be
completed by next week (Ma 27th) and I am looking for volunteers to answer
the questions on my survey. I am looking for native French speakers from
any francophone country. I will send you the document electronically and
you can re-submit it electronically to me. Please write me at
agerebof at indiana.edu if you are interested in participating.

Thank you,
Arielle Gereboff

I am looking for information about languages with topic or subject
agreement on topic markers and declarative markers. Do you know of a
language with such a phenomona or an article addressing this topic?
