Starting in September 2007, the bilingual University of Fribourg/Freiburg
(Switzerland) will be offering a new Master programme in Multilingualism
(''Sciences et didactique du Plurilinguisme/Mehrsprachigkeitsforschung und
-didaktik''). This unique bilingual program (French/German) will focus on
individual and societal multilingualism, an area of growing interest in
Europe and throughout the world. The programme will prepare students for
research, curriculum and educational materials development and counseling
opportunities in public and private multilingual institutions.
