Dear Subscribers,

Today we spotlight The LINGUIST List search facility for Dissertation and
Academic Paper Abstracts!  These pages allow you to find information about 
dissertations and papers according to your specific area of linguistics.  Are 
you looking for a dissertation on Portuguese?  Do you want to read a paper 
abstract on morphology? Where can you find a specific author's work?  Where can 
others learn about the research findings in your own dissertation?

Our search function allows you to search by subject language, language family,  
linguistic subfield, author, institution, year of completion (for 
dissertations), and many more choices. Our database currently holds over 2,000 
dissertation abstracts and an additional 1,450 academic paper abstracts.  To 
browse or search the facility, please go to:

You can also submit your own Ph.D. dissertation abstract or academic paper
