Call for Papers - reminder

Dear colleagues,

Please note that the deadline for submissions for the International Conference
on English Historical Linguistics (ICEHL), held in Munich from 24 to 28 August
2008, has been extended to 15th December 2007. Please send your abstract (ca.
300 words excluding references) to <contact at icehl.de> as a WORD or/and RTF
attachment; if your abstract requires special fonts, please send it also as a
PDF file. Acceptance will be notified by the end of January 2008.
For further details on the conference (programme, invited speakers,
accommodation etc.) see www.icehl.de.
In January, detailed information about conference fees, excursions etc will be
provided in the second circular, and official registration will start. 
The registration fee will be 120 (students 60) for early registration, and 160
(students 80) for registration after 1 July 2008.
We are looking forward to seeing many of you at Munich,

Meeting Description

YEMM was founded in 2003 by Alexandra Galani and Ryo Otoguro, who were then PhD
students at the University of York and the University of Essex, respectively. It
aims at giving the opportunity for informal discussion of a variety of issues in
morphology. The meeting is a place to exchange ideas from different theoretical
perspectives and familiarise people, particularly students, with different
frameworks. For these purposes, we invite specialists from various frameworks
working on morphology-related research topics. We also have a number of student
presentations. Previous meetings, held alternately at York and Essex, were very
successful. Everyone sharing the same interests is welcome to join us! 

The deadline for abstracts has been extended.
