Meeting Description

FUSAC aims to promote the advancement of all aspects of Finno-Ugric studies:
linguistics, folklore, ethnic studies, migration history, music and other
disciplines.  The Sixteenth Conference of the Finno-Ugric Studies Association of
Canada will be held on June 7-8, at the University of British Columbia, in
Vancouver, Canada, in conjunction with the Congress of the Social Sciences and
Humanities. Papers are welcome in all areas of Finno-Ugric research, such as
anthropology, archaeology, folklore, history, linguistics, literature, music,
paleo-archeology, etc. 

Titles should be sent by December 15th, 2007
Abstracts should be sent by February 15th, 2008

The postgraduate research forum is a conference organized by postgraduate
students of linguistics and linguistics-related disciplines in Hong Kong. The
purpose of this event is to provide a platform for research students to

to 2003. After a five-year suspension, we are honored to resume the event in
