Papers are invited on any aspect of the syntax and syntax-phonology interface of
Mediterranean languages with particular emphasis on Arabic, Greek, Hebrew and
Turkish. We strongly favor analyses within the Principles and Parameters
framework and its current developments within the Minimalist Program.

Abstracts for the main and the interface sessions are invited for 30-minute
presentations plus 10 minutes for questions. Abstracts are also invited for
a poster session. Please specify the session(s) you would like to be
considered for. Submissions are limited to one singly authored and one
jointly authored abstract per author or two jointly authored abstracts.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be electronically submitted as PDF/DOC/RTF attachments to
msm2 at boun.edu.tr. Special symbols should also be included in the
attachment. The filename should be unique. You should use your first name's
initial and your last name to name your abstract. For example: John Smith's
abstract would be named jsmith.pdf, NOT abstract.pdf or msm.pdf. The
subject of the message should specify ''Abstract'', and the body should
include the following information:

- Author's Name(s) and contact information
- Affiliation
- Title of the abstract
- Postal address & e-mail address

Please specify whether you would like your abstract to be considered for:
- syntax-phonology interface session
- the main session
- the poster session
(multiple selections possible)

Abstract Format

Abstracts should be limited to one page in length, with 1'' margins and use no
smaller than 12 point font. Abstracts may also include a second page limited to
examples and references, also with 1'' margins and 12 point font. Upon
acceptance, authors will be asked to submit a named, camera-ready abstract.
