The Computational Linguistics Laboratory at Katanov State University of
Khakasia is pleased to announce the release of TEXOR (Topic Extractor)
programm specially designed for chat mining. With the help of TEXOR you can
detect topics of chat so as to prevent undesirable events such as acts of
violence or terrorist attacks. The free online version of TEXOR is
available at http://www.cll.khsu.ru/chatsumm/main.aspx 

The CLL at KSU conducts non commercial research within scopes of
information retrieval, text summarization, corpus linguistics, data mining,
and computer assisted language learning. Other products of the CLL at KSU
are ETS (Event Tracking Summarizer), TITE (Translation in Teaching
English), and PASS (Partially Automatic Summarization). All these products
are distributed as freeware.
