Description:

Hanyang-Oregon TESOL Program, a leading TESOL Program in Korea, is looking
for a full-time faculty member, who will be a Full-time Foreign Professor
of Hanyang University and Adjunct Professor of the University of Oregon.
Requirements: Native speaker of English with a PhD degree in TESOL,
Linguistics, or a related field; ABD may apply, and if hired will be
expected to complete the thesis within one year.  Must be able to teach at
least four of the following courses at a graduate level: English Grammar,
Second Language Acquisition, Second Language Research, English Phonetics
and Phonology, Introduction to Linguistics, and Language Teaching
Methodologies. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of teaching
experience. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach Second
Language Research.

The teaching load is up to 15 hours per week, the starting salary is KRW
42,000,000/year (severance pay included), and benefits include a furnished
apartment near campus, 7 weeks annual vacation (plus Korean national
holidays), a round trip air ticket, and 50/50 cost sharing for health
insurance.

all advanced degrees held (for example, official transcripts), copies of
other teaching certificates (if applicable), an original letter from
previous employers confirming teaching experience, and two recent photos.
