The presentations from the April 2008 conference 'Defective paradigms:
missing forms and what they tell us' are now available via the website:

The papers treat the topic of inflectional defectiveness from a number of
different perspectives (formal, typological, computational, statistical).
The conference was convened by the Surrey Morphology Group, sponsored by
the Arts and Humanities Research Council (UK) and the British Academy.
