Description:

Two Positions Available :

**Associate Professor / Director ESL

Serves as the Director of the English as a Second Language program.
Oversees maintenance of an appropriate, objective, and up-to-date
evaluation system for identification, placement and exit of students
requiring ESL. Teaches classes in the program and participates in
department and university service activities. Must have a PhD  and at least
two years experience teaching at the collegiate level, preferably in
multi-cultural environments.  ESL certification required.  

**Assistant Professor

Teaches English as a Second Language  to non-native speakers, ensures that
students acquire the oral and written communication skills necessary for
their academic and professional development, advises students.  Also serves
on appropriate committees, participates in department and university
activities. Must have at least an MA in ESL and two years of experience
teaching at the collegiate level, or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
