Description:

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Konstanz invites
applications for a Junior Professorship in Phonetics and/or Phonology. The
candidate executes research and teaches two courses per semester in the
fields of phonetics and/or phonology in the general linguistic study
programme (B.A./M.A. level). 

Cooperation with existing and planned research proposals at the department
is expected. 

The ideal candidate is an expert in the field of phonetics and/or
phonology, as testified for example by an outstanding dissertation,
publications in established linguistic journals, invited conference papers
and awards.
