Tasks / responsibilities:
-  Analysis and management of requirements
-  Design, implementation and test of new and improved speech dialog components
-  Design and implementation of parsers and compiles for semantic
interpretation
-  Dialog engine quality assurance
-  Documentation

Qualifications and Expert Knowledge:
-  Masters degree in computer science with computational linguistic
background or related field
-  3+ years experience in software product development
-  Excellent programming in C and C++, Java expertise is a strong plus
-  Highly structured approach to software development
-  Experience in speech dialog or multimodal systems
-  Profound knowledge in
*  Parser technologies (Chart-, CKY- and Early parser, parse forest, XML, DOM)
*  Development of script languages (Yacc, Flex/Lex, ANTLR)
*  Heuristic search (Viterbi, A-Star)
-  Basic knowledge in artificial intelligence is a plus
-  Ability to design and implement software in a strongly
platform-independent way
