Description:

City University of Hong Kong is a dynamic, fast developing university

Duties
Provide leadership in teaching and research activities, teach and supervise
students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contribute to
research and professional education.

Requirements
A PhD in Linguistics or related disciplines. Ability to undertake research
and teaching in Phonology and/or Forensic Linguistics. The appointee should
have a good command of written 
and spoken English and Chinese, and ability to work well with colleagues.
Candidates with a proven record of publications or excellent research
potential expected. (Those who have 
responded to the previous advertisements need not re-apply.)

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and
individual performance. Excellent fringe benefits include gratuity, leave,
medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable).
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract.
