A school aimed at training students in Cognitive and Neural Sciences
research applied to learning and education.

Specific Objectives:

-Train students on relevant issues concerning language-reading and
logic-mathematical development and learning from a CNS perspective.
-Provide solid CNS background to students interested in improving education.
-Train students on which aspects of CNS may be relevant for educational
practice.
-Promote new research on learning and development of language-reading and
logic mathematical from the point of view of CNS.

Call for Participation:

Applications are now open for the first in a series of schools aimed at
training students in Cognitive and Neural Sciences research applied to
learning and education. Applicants should be English-speaking
graduate/postgraduate students and young researchers dedicated to explore
the relationship between cognition, brain, learning and education.
 
Application procedures. Interested researchers should register at
http://www.laschool4education.com. Applications will remain open until
October 10, 2009. The school will cover all travel and living expenses for
selected candidates.
