Job Description:
1.The Institute of Linguistics invites applications for 
  tenure-track research-only positions (at the rank of 
  Assistant Research Fellow or above). Special 
  consideration will be given to applicants with a 
  research focus on theoretical linguistics, especially 
  semantics.
2.Applicants must already possess or will soon receive a 
  Ph.D. degree.
3.The starting salary of an Assistant Research Fellow, 
  equivalent to a university assistant professor, is NT$ 
  1,022,558 per annum.

1.Application deadline: July 15, 2009.
2.Applicants must submit (1) a letter of application, (2) 
  curriculum vitae, (3) publication list, and copies of 
  representative publications for the last five years 
  (Applicants for the assistant research fellow rank must 
  submit his/her Ph.D. dissertation; or, if not yet 
  defended, a draft of the complete dissertation, (4) a 
  research plan in English and Chinese that describes the 
  applicant's research goals for the next five years, and 
  (5) names and contact information of three references to the application
  mailing address listed below. 

3.Notification to shortlisted applicants will be given 
  within one month.
