Meeting Description: 

The Annual International Conference on Foreign Language Teaching and Translation
Skills Training in Higher Education Institutions is to be held at 
Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Moscow, on April 10-11, 2009.

Ways to participate 
- on-line session, 
- on-site participation, 
- publication of abstract/ article in the conference proceedings book (with
ISBN, free of charge, with further sending by post through our university mail
service)

Papers are welcome on the following topic areas: 
Teacher training and teacher development  
Cultural studies and language teaching 
Teaching and Learning technologies 
Approaches and methods 
Translation and foreign language teaching 
Language for Specific Purposes (LSP) teaching and learning  
Testing, evaluation and assessment 

Submissions 
The deadline for proposals is 25 March 2009. 
The papers should not exceed 8000 units (4 pages A4 format, Times New Roman, 14)
The allowed languages are English, French, Spanish and German. 
Electronic Submissions should be sent in MS Word format to atabekoff at gmail.com
Conference fees - 50 euros (paid on site, only if you are taking part in the
conference opening ceremony)
Free of charge - if you participate on-line or just submit your paper
