Description:

Position:  Scholar with primary interests in speech production in individuals 
with or without communication disorders. The position is for a specialist in 
areas of speech disorders such as fluency disorders, neurogenic speech 
disorders, school based speech and language pathology, or medical speech 
pathology. 

Responsibilities: Teach graduate courses in speech-language pathology,
conduct and supervise research in areas of interest and expertise, advise
masters and doctoral students, and provide service to the Department and
College.  

Qualifications: Earned doctorate; evidence of potential for, or record of
excellence in university teaching and in research, certification in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), and eligibility for New York State
license in speech-language pathology.  The successful candidate will have
the ability to teach across several areas of speech-language pathology,
such as (but not limited to) motor speech disorders, fluency disorders,
voice, or dysphagia. 

Rank:  Assistant Professor, tenure-track.
