Meeting Description:
The Verbum museum, together with the University of Vigo (POSLEA group) and the
VSSoL scientific committee, is pleased to announce the Verbum Summer School of
Linguistics, to be held at the Verbum - 'Casa das Palabras' museum, in the
beautiful area of Samil Beach, in Vigo (Galicia, Spain).
Our aim is to create a summer school at which linguists can share their
expertise not only with one another but also with members of the general public.
To this end, the school features a range of both basic and advanced courses,
workshops, round tables and an international conference. It is designed to be
accessible to anybody interested in language, regardless of his/her familiarity
with linguistic theory. Tuition fees range from 90 to 120 Euros (see website for
details).
