All Haitian Creole linguists, computational linguists, developers and
researchers in speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), translation
technologies, mobile device developers (telephone, pocketPC, ipod/pad/phone,
palm, etc), journalists, NGO representatives, geographers/geolocalization
experts, humanitarian relief workers, social media experts, etc
