I am conducting an informal survey on linguists' experiences with human 
subject research review. I have set up a survey at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KKH7RDV to collect information about review
processes in different countries. It will take approximately 5 minutes to
complete and is entirely anonymous. Results will be summarized on my web
