Announcing IGALA Student Paper Prize: 
(Submission Deadline: August 15, 2010)

The International Gender and Language Association (IGALA) is calling for
outstanding student papers in the field of language and gender.
Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to submit. Submissions
should be 5,000- 8,000 words in length, in Word (.doc) format, 12 pt. font,
and should not have been accepted for publication. Please include your
name, address, department and university, telephone number, and email
address in the body of the email; in addition, please indicate your status
as an undergraduate or graduate student. Awards to be presented at the
IGALA 6 conference, Sept. 18-20,2010.

Submission should be emailed as an attachment to: IGALA6PaperPrize at gmail.com
