Meeting Description:

The University of Cologne is proud to announce the Sixth International LESLLA
Symposium, to be held in Cologne, Germany, from August 26-28, 2010. 

LESLLA (Low Educated Second Language and Literacy Acquisition in Adults) is an 
international forum of researchers who share an interest in research into the
development of second language skills by adult immigrants with little or no
schooling in the home country, low levels of literacy skills in the native
language, and limited proficiency in the language of the new country. 

2nd Call for Papers

This is the second call for papers for the 6th Annual LESLLA Meeting taking
place in Cologne, Germany from August 26-28, 2010. 

Please send your paper proposals related to practice work and research in the
field of low-educated second language and literacy acquisition in adults via
email to christiane.schoeneberger at uni-koeln.de or visit our conference homepage

The deadline for paper submissions is March 31, 2010.
