Meeting Description:

Semantics and Linguistic Theory (SALT) is the major North-American conference on
formal semantics as a subfield of linguistics. The SALT 21 will take place May
20-May 22, 2011 at Rutgers University, New Brunswick NJ.

Call for Papers

The 21st Semantics and Linguistics Theory Conference (SALT 21) at Rutgers
University invites submission of abstracts for oral presentations (30-minute
presentation plus 10-minute discussion) or posters on any topic in natural
language semantics.

Instructions for Abstract Submission

Abstracts are not to exceed two pages in letter-size (8.5 × 11 in) paper,
including examples and references, with 1 inch margins on all sides and 12pt
font size. The abstract should have a clear title but should not identify the
author(s). The abstract must be submitted electronically in PDF format. For
instructions please go to http://salt.rutgers.edu/

When you submit your abstract, you will be asked to indicate whether you would
like your abstract to be considered for a talk, a poster or both. Submissions
are limited to 1 individual and 1 joint abstract per author, or 2 joint
abstracts per author.

Important Dates

- Submission deadline: December 7, 2010, 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time
- Notification of acceptance: March 1, 2011
- Conference date: May 20 - May 22, 2011
