We are glad to announce that the 23rd edition of the National 
Conference/AGM of the Linguistic Association of Nigeria (CLAN) which was 
earlier scheduled to hold at the Lagos State University will now hold at the 
University of Port Harcourt from Monday, November 29 to Friday, December 
3 2010, in honour of Professor (Mrs.) Chinyere Aniche-Ohiri. (Arrival is 
Monday and Departure is Friday)

Submission of Abstracts: Participants who wish to present papers should 
submit abstracts of not more than 350 words using 12 points font size on

Deadline & Method of Paper Presentation: All abstracts must be submitted 
on or before Monday, November 15 2010. Abstracts received after the 
deadline may not feature in the "Book of Abstracts" for the Conference. 
Each participant can only present a maximum of two papers. Power point 
presentation is preferable. Come along with 30 hard copies of your paper 
and CD or flash drive for Powerpoint Presentation.

Incentives: Registration covers these and many others:
