Call for Papers:

Call for papers to be presented in the young researchers sessions:

Abstracts from PhD students and young researchers having defended their PhD
within the last three years are invited for papers on topics relevant to the
fields of the meeting. Please email your proposal to <context.cerisy at gmail.com>,
with the header 'Paper submission'.

Abstracts should include sufficient details to allow reviewers to judge the
scientific merits of the work, and should not be longer than two pages. They
should be prepared for blind-reviewing. 

Please include in the accompanying email all the information specified in the
call for participation (see below). Paper presentations will be allowed 35
minutes, plus 15 minutes for discussion.

Call for Participation and Pre-Registration:

Due to limited accommodation, the persons interested in attending the event are
strongly advised to apply in advance to secure a place in the list of confirmed
participants. To this end, please send an email to the address
context.cerisy at gmail.com, subject: 'Application for participation'. The email
should include the following:?     
 
- Your name, institutional affiliation and email address; 
- A brief CV, including the year of your Ph.D., if applicable;  
- A brief statement of up to 250 words, explaining the relevance of the themes
of the event to your research.

Priority will be given to the persons committing to stay for the whole duration
of the event.

Important Dates:

Application for pre-registration: February 28, 2011
Abstract submission: February 28, 2011
Notification of acceptance (participation): By March 15, 2011
Notification of acceptance (presentation): By March 15, 2011
Formal registration with the Château de Cerisy, and payment of fees Starting
March 15, 2011
