Meeting Description:

The third edition of the Swiss Workshop in Generative Grammar aims at exploring current and new themes of research in the field of syntax, semantics, their interfaces, and related domains. The main goals of the workshop are to provide a forum of discussion and of exchange of ideas and to encourage graduate/ post-doctoral students and professors to present the work of their research in an international environment.

Invited Speakers:

Lisa Cheng (Leiden University)
Benjamin Spector (Institut Jean Nicod, ENS Paris) 

Call for Papers:

The presentations will last 30 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion. 

Submissions will consist of an anonymous abstract no more than one page in length. A (short) bibliography may be added as a second page. 

Abstracts should be submitted as e-mail attachments in pdf to the following address: langage at cuso.ch

Abstracts can be submitted in both French and English.

The e-mail message should include:

- Title of the abstract
- Name of the submitting candidate
- Affiliation
- Academic status (professional, doctoral student, post-doctoral researcher, pre-doctoral student, etc.).
 
Important Dates:

Submission deadline: 7 March 2011
Notification of acceptance: 25 March 2011
