Individuals that are working towards a PhD degree, or have completed a PhD
within the past six years may be eligible for funding from the Research
Council of Norway to stay as a visiting researcher in Norway. The Center
for Advanced Study in Theoretical Linguistics, CASTL, (http://castl.uit.no)
is pleased to extend an invitation to potential applicants of the Yggdrasil
mobility program. 

The Yggdrasil mobility program covers stays of between one and ten months
from August 2011 through June 2012, and is open to citizens of European
countries (except for the Nordic countries) and selected non-European
countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico
and South Africa). The application deadline is February 16th. More
