Description:

Designing the perfect speech application is always a work in progress. A
Speech Application Analyst at Voxify believes in just that and strives for
it. The Analyst looks for opportunities to improve our Natural Language and
Directed-dialog Applications using the data logged by them. The Analyst is
primarily the responsible team member charged with analyzing the data and
making new implementation recommendations. We are looking for highly
trained performers with a natural flair for quantitative analysis and a
deep interest in linguistics to find the point of maximal performance for
an application.

If you have a degree in Computational Linguistics, Linguistics, Applied
Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field, this is an amazing
opportunity to actually apply your training and improve the lives of
millions of people. The work, we promise, will challenge you to be creative
and think up new ways to analyze data constantly. You will design
experiments, run them and add new perspective to the analysis and the
recommendations.

You will be using the cutting edge Voxify-Analytics framework and other
industry leading analytical tools to analyze the speech applications. As a
part of the industry-leading speech application design and analytics team,
you will also have the opportunity to contribute towards the next
generation of the Voxify-Analytics framework, currently in development.
Besides analyzing our speech applications and improving our Analytics
framework, you will also have the opportunity to carry out independent
research, which forms a big part of the success of our speech applications.
Any programming proficiency or scripting skills will be a big plus and can
make all the difference.

We are looking for Analysts who are very detail-oriented and have a very
good track record of following through. The fun of the work continues even
after the analysis is completed. The analyst is then expected to present
and review the findings with internal teams and then to client
stakeholders. We are therefore looking for individuals who thrive in public
roles and love presenting their work. In fact, a typical day for the Speech
Application Analyst might start with a quick run of Voxify-Analytics on
one of our apps, followed by a call with one of our high-profile clients
presenting analytical data, followed by a presentation to the executive
team on how you positively impacted an application and a client relationship.
