Skradin
Skradin is a small town on the right bank of the river Krka, 16 km from ?ibenik. It is situated at the confluence of the river Krka and the Adriatic sea, which is a good fishing and shell-growing area due to the mixing of fresh and salt water. Skradin is situated close to the Krka National Park, so it is a good starting point for bike or hiking tours to the magnificent waterfalls of the river Krka. Thanks to the nearby motorway, it is easy to reach two other national parks - Paklenica on the Velebit mountain and the Kornati archipelago in the Adriatic.
