Paradigms of the Ideological Discourse
Discursive and Metadiscursive in Communication
3rd Edition, Gala?i, May 05th - 06th, 2011

The Conference is part of the scientific events annually organized by the Scientific Research Center 'Intercultural Communication and Literature'of B category in CNCSIS (NURC - National University Research Council) standards. Its purpose is to provide an academic and multidisciplinary environment for dissemination of the researching results in the area of an ample and controversial phenomenon: the implication of ideology in the social-human sciences, in general, and in the language and communication sciences, in particular. 

Call for Papers:

The Conference papers will be divided into the following sections:

- Linguistic interferences and connections
- Technique of repeated discourse - section dedicated to Professor Stelian Dumistr?cel
- Literature and critical discourse
- History of mentalities, intercultural communication and media culture
- Didactics and translations

Calendar:
 
- March 25th: Abstract submission (150 - 400 words, in other foreign languages, different from the one used in the paper) together with the registration form
- April 5th: Deadline for abstract submission and fee payment
  
The conference presentation languages are: English, French and Romanian. The papers sent for publication must be written in an international foreign language and also accompanied by its Romanian version. The Conference scientific committee will make a selection of the papers in order to publish them in the Research Center's review 'Communication interculturelle et littérature' of +B category according to CNCSIS standards (www.cncsis.ro/userfiles/file/CENAPOSS/B+_2010_arhiva.pdf) and indexed in two IDB: Modern Language Association, New York, www.mla.org, and Fabula. La recherche en littérature, http://www.fabula.org). The remaining papers will be published in the Conference proceedings with ISBN, at a CNCSIS certified publishing house.

Registration Fee:

50 EUR for participation and publication (this includes conference materials, coffee breaks, conference dinner, the publication of the paper and the volume postage) 
30 EUR for publication only (the publication of the paper and the volume postage for Romanian participants). 
35 EUR for publication only (the publication of the paper and the volume postage for overseas participants).

Travel, accommodation and meals (except for conference dinner) will be at the charge of the participants.
