International Journal of Language Studies (IJLS) - Call For Papers

International Journal of Language Studies (IJLS) invites professional
(applied) linguists to submit their scholarly papers to IJLS. All
submissions can be made in *.doc or *.docx format to:
Salmani.nodoushan at yahoo.com.

Before they submit their manuscripts for evaluation, authors are
recommended to do the following:

1) Write their papers according to APA Editorial Style. IJLS is very strict
in this regard and cannot accept papers which fail to follow APA style. I
kindly invite authors to please see these links and observe all the points
therein: http://www.ijls.net/basic_pdf/author.pdf and
http://www.ijls.net/guide.html
2) Stick to IJLS style sheet which identifies the sections each paper is
expected to have. Relevant information can be found at:
http://www.ijls.net/basic_pdf/style.pdf. Please follow the guidelines.
3) Complete and send the copy right form along with their manuscripts. If
they cannot submit the copyright form online, they can download, complete
and email it to IJLS. The form can be retrieved from:
http://www.ijls.net/basic_pdf/copyright.pdf
4) Make sure that there is no typographical nor any grammar mistakes in
their manuscript.
5) To gain some information as to what points are important for our
reviewers, they may also want to see the IJLS peer review form at
http://www.ijls.net/basic_pdf/review.pdf. This will help curtail the time
needed for double-blind peer review of their manuscripts.
6) In addition to the *.doc or *.docx file, they also need to submit a PDF
of their manuscript if it contains special symbols, phonetic transcription,
or characters from languages other than English.
7) IJLS should be the sole receiver of a manuscript. Parallel submissions
are against IJLS codes. Nor is it acceptable to submit a manuscript which
has already been published/presented elsewhere.

There are many ways to donate to LINGUIST!

You can donate right now using our secure credit card form at
https://linguistlist.org/donation/donate/donate1.cfm

Alternatively you can also pledge right now and pay later. To do so, go to:
https://linguistlist.org/donation/pledge/pledge1.cfm

For all information on donating and pledging, including information on how to
donate by check, money order, or wire transfer, please visit:
http://linguistlist.org/donation/

The LINGUIST List is under the umbrella of Eastern Michigan University and as
such can receive donations through the EMU Foundation, which is a registered
501(c) Non Profit organization. Our Federal Tax number is 38-6005986. These
donations can be offset against your federal and sometimes your state tax return
(U.S. tax payers only). For more information visit the IRS Web-Site, or contact
your financial advisor.

Many companies also offer a gift matching program, such that they will match
any gift you make to a non-profit organization. Normally this entails your
contacting your human resources department and sending us a form that the
EMU Foundation fills in and returns to your employer. This is generally a simple
administrative procedure that doubles the value of your gift to LINGUIST, without
costing you an extra penny. Please take a moment to check if your company
operates such a program.

Thank you very much for your support of LINGUIST!
