A Special Issue on Beliefs about SLA held by learners and teachers is
now out, published in System (2011, 39: 3) and edited by Ana M. F.
Barcelos (Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil) and Paula Kalaja
(University of Jyväskylä, Finland).

Initially close to 100 abstracts were submitted for review. The issue
contains an Editorial and 11 full articles by leading experts in the field.
Most can be described as qualitative case studies, drawing on a
contextual approach, or more specifically, on sociocultural theory.

You find the issue (hopefully) at
http://www.sciencedirect.com.ezproxy.jyu.fi/science/journal/0346251X.

Enjoy!
