Meeting Description: 

The Institute of Linguistics (University of Buenos Aires) invites researchers to participate in the 1st International Conference on the History of Linguistics, to be held in Buenos Aires (Argentina) on August 1, 2 and 3, 2012.

The Conference is designed to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of current and innovative researches in all areas related to the history of linguistic thought, although a focus on Latin America is especially welcome.

More information regarding the call for papers will be made available in a future announcement.
