Important Dates:

Abstract submission deadline: January 31, 2012 (within 600 words)
Notification of acceptance: March 9, 2012

Presentation format: 30 minutes per presenter (including 10 minutes of Q & A) 

Guidelines for paper format are as follows:

1. Must include an abstract
2. Paper Size: A4, Font Face: Times New Roman
3. Margins: 2.50cm, no headers or footers
4. Type in a version of Word based on APA or MLA format, single space
5. Font Size: 12 point (including references, graphics, tables)
6. Font Size of Paper title: 14 point
7. Limit the paper to 12 pages
8. Do not include page numbers
