Meeting Description:

The 26th International FLAIRS Conference (FLAIRS-26) will be held May 22-24, 2013 at the TradeWinds Island Resorts in St. Pete Beach, Florida, USA. FLAIRS-26 continues a tradition of presenting and discussing artificial intelligence research in a convivial atmosphere within a beautiful setting. Events will include invited speakers, special tracks, discussion panels, presentations of papers and posters, and impromptu presentations. As always, there will be a Best Paper award and a Best Poster award. In addition, because FLAIRS has a rich tradition of encouraging student authors, there will be a Best Student Paper award for the best paper written primarily by a student. The proceedings will be published by the AAAI. The conference is hosted by the Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Society in cooperation with AAAI. 

Call for Papers:

FLAIRS features some of the world's leading researchers but submissions from students are also highly encouraged. Submissions are now invited for full papers (6 pages), short papers to be presented as a poster (4 pages), and poster abstracts (250 words). Topics of interest are in all areas of (or related to) artificial intelligence, including, but not limited to:

Submission Instructions:

Submitted papers must be original, and not submitted concurrently to a journal or another conference. Full oral presentation papers may be up to 6 pages, short poster presentation papers up to 4 pages, and 250-word abstract only poster presentations. Submissions for workshops, tutorials, and forums are also welcome. Papers must be in AAAI format, and submitted as PDF through the EasyChair conference system, which can be accessed through the main conference website (http://www.FLAIRS-26.info). The proceedings of FLAIRS-26 will be published by AAAI. Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign a form transferring copyright of their contribution to AAAI. An author of each accepted paper is required to register, attend, and present the paper at FLAIRS. It is the requirement of FLAIRS that there will be at least one full author registration per paper.
