Developers.

General Information:
Ginger Software is a startup company developing a suite of 
groundbreaking NLP technologies and products, including the 
world's leading product for automatic grammar correction and text 
enhancement.

Job Description:
Ginger Software is looking for exceptionally talented, creative and 
communicative experienced software developers and NLP 
researchers for our NLU, STT and Proofreader teams.
The positions include working on research, design, development and 
integration of solutions at the forefront of NLP. 

Required Skills:
-  B.Sc. in Computer Science or s/w Engineering
-  Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
-  Hands-on experience in designing and implementing NLP 
algorithms 
-  Proven track-record of excellence & creativity
-  Excellent English
-  Great interpersonal communication skills
-  Highly responsible, enthusiastic and thorough

Advantages:
-  Master's in Computational Linguistics or NLP
-  Research-orientation and proven research record (strong 
advantage)
-  1 year or more of recent experience in C#
-  Experience with TDD, CI and agile (for STT, Proofreader teams)
