Cross-linguistic Priming in Bilinguals: Perspectives and Constraints
9-10-11 September 2013, Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands

We are pleased to announce the conference ‘Cross-linguistic Priming in Bilinguals: Perspectives and Constraints’, which will be held on 9-10-11 September 2013 at Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The conference is aimed at bringing together different perspectives on the processes and consequences of cross-linguistic priming in bilingual speakers. 

Invited Speakers:

Robert J. Hartsuiker, Ghent University
Eva M. Fernández, Queens College, City University of New York
Stefan Th. Gries, University of California, Santa Barbara

The conference is free of charge. We are currently looking for funding to cover (part of) the accommodation expenses for accepted papers.

We are inviting proposals for contributions on topics related to the following themes:

- Priming and the cognitive mechanisms of bilingual language processing
- Priming and interactive alignment in (bilingual) dialogue
- Priming, recency, and frequency of exposure in (second) language acquisition
- Priming and (contact-induced) language change
