We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.

To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at
http://linguistlist.org/LL/posttolinguist.cfm.

Dear colleagues,

We invite you to participate in a psycholinguistic experiment that
compares expert and 'naïve' performance in judging certain
sentences/structures in English. We have obtained a sample of data
from undergraduate psychology students, who will serve as 'naïve'
participants. We would now like to have an expert sample for
comparison.

The experiment is available online, is completely anonymous, and will
only take about 15 minutes to complete. We understand that there are
many impositions on your time and we would be very grateful if you
could help us with our study. This link will take you to the experiment:

Thank you in advance for your help,
