Scientists have recently turned our focus on to ourselves, asking how 
do we make decisions in our research? To study ourselves, we need 
you - the faculty and graduate students conducting the research - to 
participate. Please take 10 minutes to take part in our study. You'll be 
asked to manage research studies as you strive to earn tenure or 
promotion - something I think we can all relate to...
