The conference focuses on 'languages and all.' There are seven major thematic sessions in the conference that are as follows:

1. Standardization/quality assurance: 'Is your B1 my B1?'
2. In- Service/Professional development at universities
3. Erasmus Programme and teaching Turkish and other languages as foreign languages
4. Multimedia language teaching and language labs in the 21st Century
5. Bologna Process and e-learning as a manageable alternative to traditional teaching and learning
6. Administrative problems of Schools of Foreign Languages
7. CEF 

Call for Papers:

Papers and posters can be presented on any of the following topics as long as they are related to the conference's overarching theme which is:

Abstracts (200 words maximum) are due by March 20, 2012, and should be submitted through the submission system given in the conference website.

All abstracts must be written in the language of the presentation which can be English, French, German, and Turkish. The contacting authors will be informed about the decision about the abstract within 3 days after the abstract's submission date. Each presentation is given 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for questions and answers.

The following information is asked when you are ready to submit your abstract:

- Title of the presentation/paper: Ten words maximum ten words maximum ten words maximum ten words
- Authors' names and affiliations: Name Surname (Affiliation), Name Surname (Affiliation), Name Surname (Affiliation)
- Abstract (200 words maximum)
- Contact author's email: Name Surname, email address, telephone number

You must get an email from us about our decision three days after you submit your abstract. In case you do not hear from us within three days, please email submissionslsc at gmail.com.

Important Dates:

Abstract submission: March 20, 2012 (no extension)
Registration (including payment): April 1, 2012
Conference dates: May 9-12, 2012
Full paper, camera ready submission: May 20, 2012
