Responsibilities 
The specific responsibilities of the Senior Analyst role involve the following: 
-  Review and analyze documents in large corpora to assess relevancy vis-à-
vis project requirements
-  Rapid synthesis and understanding of unfamiliar subject matter areas 
-  Identifying key content using 3rd party and proprietary Information Retrieval 
(IR)/search software 
-  Proactive identification and elaboration of key trends and risks related to 
projects 
-  Timely and comprehensive communication and documentation of findings 
and proposals 
-  Active contribution to planning, efficiency, and quality control related 
tasks/initiatives 
-  Active involvement in solution and workflow design based on project 
requirements 

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with a steep learning curve, where senior 
analysts are expected to deliver quality results on a wide variety of project 
environments, all the while updating their skills and developing their 
leadership acumen. 

Requirements
-  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 
-  Comfortable and adept at dealing with ambiguity and change 
-  Passion in applying core analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver 
innovative business solutions 
-  Strong service orientation with both internal and external clients 
-  Exceptionally high commitment to ensuring quality output 
-  Ambitious, organized, self-driven, a quick learner, and unrelentingly curious 
-  Comfortable tackling challenges involved in collaborating across and 
reporting to onshore teams 
-  Motivated by interactive team environments with shared mandates 
-  Expert in usage of Microsoft Office Suite 

Qualifications
-  A Masters degree in  Linguistics or related field
-  6+ years experience (preferred in applying research and analysis skills in 
developing business solutions)
-  Relevant post-graduate work and research can apply to baseline work 
experience requirement

Location
-  Role is based out of Mumbai, India
-  Extended travel to San Francisco office likely once confirmed
