Description:

Position:
The Department of Linguistics invites applications for a tenure-track

candidates with a strong research record in theoretical syntax; a significant

The Department has a Ph.D. program which trains students in phonetics,
phonology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, historical linguistics and
computational linguistics. Experimental methodologies are an emerging
strength across all subfields of the program. The Department also has a lively
undergraduate major. More information can be found at:
http://linguistics.cornell.edu/index.cfm

Qualifications:
Ph.D. must be completed by August 2013. Salary will be commensurate with

15, 2012. Acknowledgement of receipt will be made by e-mail.
