Meeting Description:

We are pleased to announce the second Satellite Symposium at NetSci on Language and Network Science, which will take place in Copenhagen on June 3rd 2013.

The aim of the symposium is to bring together researchers from a variety of disciplines to discuss the use of networks in the study of language. Last year’s symposium had participants from linguistics, psychology, computer science, physics to name a few, and we hope to have an equally diverse group this year.

Attendance of the symposium is free, but for planning purposes, please register your attendance by emailing Gareth Baxter at:

gjbaxter at ua.pt

A small number of contributed talks will be included in the program. If you would like to give an approx. 30 min talk at the symposium, please send a brief abstract to gjbaxter at ua.pt by April 30th.
