Post-bac research position in psycholinguistics and language development 
Language Processing and Development Lab (Director: Dr. Akira Omaki), Johns
Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD

Language Processing and Development Lab (http://mind.cog.jhu.edu/~lpad/) at
Cognitive Science Department at Johns Hopkins University
(http://cogsci.jhu.edu/) is looking to fill a full-time post-baccalaureate
research assistant position.  Starting date for the position is July 1, 2013.
This person will be involved in all aspects of the design, material
preparation, testing and data analysis in studies of language comprehension
and learning in adults and children, using behavioral and eye-tracking
measures.  The person will also be responsible for general management of the
lab.  The ability to interact with lab members, participants, parents who
visit the lab will be highly valued. An ideal candidate would be an individual
with a BA degree who is interested in gaining research experience as
preparation for a research career in cognitive science.  Applicants should
have completed a BA or BS degree by the time of hire.  Background in an area
related to the position (e.g., linguistics, psychology, cognitive science) is
required, and relevant research experience in linguistics, psycholinguistics,
or language acquisition research is preferred.
