Description:

The Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures at the University of Montana invites applications for a one-year, non-renewable position in Spanish beginning Fall 2013.  ABD required, PhD desirable in Spanish (Hispanic Linguistics).

Applicants must demonstrate native or near-native command of Spanish and English and have documentation of excellence in teaching.  Expertise in applied Spanish linguistics and phonetics is required. The candidate must be able to teach all levels of Spanish language in addition to Spanish linguistics and phonetics.

Qualified applicants should send materials (a letter of interest, current curriculum vitae, graduate transcript, and three current letters of reference, two of which must address teaching ability) to Elizabeth Ametsbichler at the application address or email address below.
