This conference invites discussions regarding theoretical studies, case analysis, and relevant works-in-progress on the key issues in legal language and legal discourse. We promote research of, and welcome participation from, researchers of different cultural and language backgrounds from different disciplines and across jurisdictions.

9. Authorship/Speaker Identification 
10. Teaching of Language and Law, Legal Exchange and Cooperation

Abstracts and full papers will be sent to the Organizing Committee (xian2014lawconf at outlook.com). All accepted full papers (6 pages) will be included in the indexed (CPCI-SSH) Proceedings of LLD4. Selected peer-reviewed papers (5000-8000 words) will be invited for publication in 3 special issues in International Journal of Law, Language & Discourse, International Journal for the Semiotics of Law, and International Journal of Legal English.

Notification of acceptance: 28 February 2014
Registration: 1-31 March 2014
Full paper (6 pages) submission (optional): 30 April 2014
